Created in partnership with City Learning and Development (CLD), and the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) team, the City Mentorship Program is driven by the progressive practices of The City’s EDIB Framework and Strategy. The program is designed to address social and systemic barriers, create spaces of belonging, and advocate for the inclusion of underrepresented groups at The City in the practice of mentorship.
